We're thrilled to welcome back CD Kymberli McKanna a dynamic and versatile casting director whose industry experience spans nearly 15 years across New York and Los Angeles. With a rich and diverse background in both TV and theatre, Kymberli brings a well-rounded, insightful perspective to the casting process, and now, to your next workshop!
Kymberli has worked on hit series like 9-1-1 (ABC, formerly FOX) and American Horror Stories(FX), and her credits also include Very Valentine (Lifetime MOW), Triangle (ABC Pilot), numerous commercials, and theatrical projects. She also spent time as an Audition Production Assistant for major Broadway and National Tour productions such as Hamilton, Wicked, Waitress, and several live NBC/FOX musicals. She is currently back full time on 9-1-1!
This workshop will feature live reads with feedback and re-directs from Kymberli. Participants will select from a curated folder of scenes sent by Kymberli. The material chosen will allow each actor to dig deep, showcase their strengths, and truly sink their teeth into the work.
